Job description

Someone who could take the reigns and lead our AC & Renewables company forward. The role would be reporting directly into myself and the other company directors.

• This requires an ambitious character who is willing and capable to take on the management and delivery of projects and maintenance with the support of our existing businesses within the group.
• Allows for someone to come in and put their own stamp on how they would like to run things.
• We have a large existing portfolio of projects and maintenance that can supplement the business until it generates its own reputation and clients as well.
• Ideally we would be looking for someone located close to our office or within reasonable travelling distance as there would be a split between office and site working.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial planning to final handover
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to align project objectives
• Coordinate and supervise site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain
• Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Conduct site inspections and chair progress meetings
• Prepare and manage RAMS, ensuring all Health & Safety compliance is met
• Provide technical guidance to site engineers and operatives
• Track project milestones, control budgets, and monitor performance
• Regularly update senior management on project status, risks, and KPIs
