HVAC Engineer | London & South East | Full Time | £45,000 – £55,000 per annum

Are you an experienced HVAC Engineer looking for a role where you’re valued, supported, and given room to grow?

Our client is a well-established, West London-based company delivering high-quality Commercial and Residential Mechanical Services across London and the southern counties. They specialise in combining technical expertise with a forward-thinking approach—embracing new technologies, climate-conscious solutions, and outstanding customer service.

We’re seeking a motivated, friendly, and adaptable HVAC engineer who is experienced with Daikin, Mitsubishi, and other VRV/VRF systems, and who is open to learning new skills in the commercial heating sector.

As a Mobile HVAC Engineer, you’ll work across London and the southern counties, servicing, repairing, and installing a wide range of air conditioning systems. This role focuses primarily on AC systems, particularly VRV/VRF systems from Daikin, Mitsubishi, and other leading brands. We are also open to helping you gain qualifications in Commercial Gas systems, offering cross-training for engineers looking to expand their skill set.

Are you the right person for the job?

• City & Guilds / Equivalent NVQ (Level 3 ideal) Refrigeration & AC
• F-Gas Qualification
• Experience with Daikin, Mitsubishi, and other VRV/VRF systems
• Experience in Residential and Commercial Heating & Hot Water Systems (Beneficial but not essential)
• Valid UK Driving Licence (clean and full)
• Gas Qualifications ACS Competences Domestic & Commercial will be beneficial, and/or a willingness to gain up to your Commercial Gas qualifications (training provided)

What will your role look like?

• Service, repair, and installation of Air Conditioning systems (VRV/VRF, split systems, etc.)
• Fault-finding and diagnostics on HVAC systems
• Installation and commissioning of new AC systems
• Work on Commercial and High-End Residential properties
• Willingness to train in Commercial Gas systems for future progression
• Client interaction – this is a customer-facing role where professionalism matters
