HVAC Engineer — Central London. Salary £55,000 - £60,000 (£70,000+ OTE) + Family Run + 28 days Holiday + Monday - Friday 8:00–16:30 + Static Position + "Immediate Start"

Responsibilities
  • You’ll be working across a small cluster of prestigious buildings, all within a five-minute walk of each other.
  • Conducting routine PPM, reactive and emergency tasks.
  • Diagnose and repair faults on HVAC systems and appliances.
  • Undertake all facets of maintenance and installation requirements in line with contractual obligations.
  • Complete all relevant documentation accurately and timely.
Requirements
  • Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or relevant experience
  • 2079 Safe Handling of Refrigerants (F-Gas)
  • The HVAC Engineer must have a proven track record with servicing, fault finding and repairing air conditioning systems, namely VRV/VRF, Split Units, Chillers, AHUs & Cold Rooms.
