Location: St Helens, Merseyside
Job Type: Long-term supply / temporary
Start Date: After February half-term
Duration: Until May half-term
Pay: Up to 232.56 per day (depending on experience)

Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting a passionate and dedicated Humanities Teacher for a long-term supply position at one of our highly regarded secondary schools in St Helens.

This role is due to start after February half-term and will continue until May half-term, teaching Humanities across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (KS3 and KS4).

  • Deliver engaging lessons in subjects such as History, Geography and/or Religious Studies

  • Maintain strong classroom behaviour management
  • Contribute positively to the wider school community
Qualifications and Experience
  • Holds QTS (or equivalent UK teaching qualification)
  • Has experience teaching Humanities in UK secondary schools
  • Is confident teaching KS3 and KS4
  • Is reliable, adaptable and enthusiastic about supply teaching
  • Has an enhanced DBS on the update service (or is willing to apply)
