A leading online gaming company in Manchester is seeking a Human Resources Officer to support operations across various locations. You will manage HR queries, support new starters, and ensure compliance with HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate has a CIPD level 5 qualification and strong communication skills. This full-time, on-site role requires a motivated individual capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
As a Human Resources Officer, you will provide support to our operations across various locations, working cross-functionally in human resources processes covering all stages of the employee lifecycle.
The Human Resources team is responsible for the lifecycle of our people from application stage to exiting the business and beyond. You will support the delivery of a first-class service to all our stakeholders working together to drive business growth.
Working in the Human Resources team, you will be the primary point of contact for HR related queries at our offices in Manchester, as a member of the UK Shared Services Human Resources team, you will also support the HR needs of the wider business across multiple locations.
Utilising your administrative and communication skills, you will initially focus on strengthening the established relationships with local stakeholders whilst providing support with absence processing, generating offers of employment and processing staff updates.
This is a full-time, on-site position, to allow for the collaborative nature of the role.
