Are you an experienced HR professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment? We are working with a leading manufacturer who are looking for a Human Resources Manager on a permanent basis. This role has full ownership of HR operations and provides strategic and hands on HR leadership.

Job Description
  • Strategic Leadership: Act as a senior business partner within the leadership team, driving decisions that impact financial outcomes, P&L and operational performance, with a focus on cost efficiency, labour utilisation, and workforce planning.
  • Workforce Strategy and Planning: Develop and manage manpower plans aligned with customer needs and seasonal changes; optimise labour use and reduce turnover while developing future leaders.
  • Employee Relations Management: Lead and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring legal compliance, consistency, and managing risks while proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
  • Talent Development and Succession Planning: Support the growth of team leaders and technicians, fostering a performance-driven culture with clear expectations, accountability, and leadership development opportunities.
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Well versed carrying out a similar HR Generalist role
  • Demonstrable history of managing complex casework
  • Experience working with senior operational leaders and influencing cross-functional decisions.
