A leading B-Corp–certified gourmet food distributor is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join its growing team in North West London. They supply some of the UK’s most respected restaurants, chefs and retailers.

The Role

Reporting into senior leadership, the HR Manager will lead the full HR function, embedding best‑practice people policies that support both commercial performance and B-Corp values. This is a hands‑on role within a fast‑paced distribution environment, working closely with operational teams across multiple shifts. The role is primarily day‑based, with occasional night shift working required to ensure strong engagement, visibility, and consistent HR support across the full workforce.
