A healthcare clinic in London is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR department. This role involves managing recruitment, training, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with UK regulations. Candidates should have at least 5 years of HR experience in healthcare and a relevant bachelor's degree. Working Hours: Full-Time, 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
Location: Edgware Road, Paddington (Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the Human Resources department of the business. This role is vital for maintaining our excellence in HR practices and supporting the strategic growth of our business.
Were looking for someone who would like to take the next step in building their HR experience in a healthcare setting. You will be reporting into the Managing Director, and working closely with our Recruitment Manager, supported by our HR system and external HR advisors.You will also be working alongside our Operations Manager, Clinic Coordinator, Facilities Manager with supporting the strategic growth of the business.

As the HR Manager, you will lead all aspects of Human Resources, including end to end recruitment, training and development, employee relations, compliance and operations. You will provide frontline HR advice and guidance, oversee HR systems and policies, and deliver key people-related data analysis to ensure HR practices are aligned with business objectives.
A Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably within a healthcare, international or multi-site organisation.
CIPD qualification at Level 5 or above is required.
Demonstrated HR management experience with comprehensive knowledge of HR function, processes and policies.
Knowledgeable in employment law and regulations in the UK.
Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to prepare and interpret HR data.
Experience in managing employee benefits, payroll, and HR systems.
Proficiency in HR systems and tools.
Prior experience of working in a CQC environment would be desirable
Demonstrate cultural awareness and relationship building at all levels.
High level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
Self-motivated and proactive, with a results-oriented approach.
