This hybrid role involves providing HR advice, managing onboarding and recruitment, and supporting employee relations cases. Responsibilities

  • Deliver first-line HR and policy advice to managers and employees independently.
  • Manage onboarding, inductions and probation processes.
  • Recruitment.
  • Support ER cases including absence, performance and informal matters.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and reporting through People HR.
  • Support training, development and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Contribute to HR projects and process improvements.
  • Liaise with the outsourced payroll and benefits provider.
  • Occasional travel to two UK offices (pre-arranged, approx. once per month).

A fast growth engineering company are currently seeking an ambitious HR Advisor to join their rapidly expanding team. This is an independent function. This newly created role offers a full study package for CIPD, car / car allowance and ample career progression opportunities. Joining an amazing team this role will get involved across all aspects of HR and drive processes and systems during a period of rapid growth.

Well suited an an ambitious HR Professional this role is responsible for :
