We employ an exceptional team of engineers, manufacturers, and specialist maintenance technicians who possess the expertise to create and maintain cutting‑edge solutions for materials handling systems throughout Australia.

About the Role

As our HR Coordinator, you’ll step into a dynamic and hands‑on role that blends HR support with a strong focus on recruitment, perfect for someone who secretly (or not so secretly) loves finding great people.

This is a true end to end position where no two weeks look the same. One day you may be coordinating the recruitment of a large scale, juggling candidates, interviews, and onboarding with ease. The next, you might be refreshing HR processes, supporting managers with people queries, or helping drive initiatives that make our workplace even better.

Working as the primary HR support in Western Australia you’ll have genuine ownership and the freedom to shape how HR operates locally. You’ll collaborate closely with the Mobilisation and HSE teams to ensure smooth onboarding, strong compliance, and a positive experience for every new employee.

If you thrive in a fast‑moving environment, love matching great talent to great opportunities, and enjoy being the go‑to person for all things people related, this is the role where your passion for recruitment and HR can truly shine. Reporting to the WA Manager you will play a pivotal role in providing recruitment and HR services for Western Australia.

  • Ability to liaise with managers and proactively assist with their recruitment and HR needs
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Work comfortably in an industrial environment employing FIFO workers

  • Manage employee relations cases (absence, disciplinary, grievance, capability) in line with policy
  • Support employees and managers in following best practice across all HR processes
  • Ensure all employee documentation is accurate, timely and compliant
  • Maintain HR systems and records, ensuring data is kept up to date and securely stored
