Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time, dynamic HR Business Partner who is highly motivated and ready to work in a fast paced team. Working with, and managing members of our HR Advisory team, as part of the Trust's Operational HR department, this role is responsible for providing generalist HR support to Care Group and Corporate Directorates.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and resolve a wide range and high volume of employee relations cases.
  • Build trusting and effective relationships with Senior Managers, Staff Side (Trade Union) Colleagues and other key stakeholders to resolve issues and drive change.
  • Provide HR advice on organisational change and be responsible for the management and delivery of a comprehensive, proactive, and professional operational HR service.
  • Develop manager capabilities to embed a Just Culture approach, ensuring colleagues are treated with kindness and openness.
  • Work with senior managers to drive change and challenge established thinking.
Qualifications and Attributes
  • CIPD chartered membership, or actively studying towards this.
  • Able to demonstrate ambition, flexibility, and creative thinking in a fast-paced environment.
Location and Working Arrangements

The role can be based at either our York or Scarborough site, with requirement to work across Trust sites. We are currently working from home on a regular basis but there will be a need to attend face-to-face meetings as required.
