A global financial organization is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner/HR Generalist for a 12-month fixed-term contract in London. You will support approximately 100 employees across various corporate functions and lead initiatives such as employee relations and learning & development programs. The ideal candidate has extensive HR experience, especially in financial services, and is adept at influencing senior stakeholders. This role is hybrid with a strong focus on collaboration and hands-on operational delivery.

A highly collaborative, fast-paced global organisation in the financial markets space is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner / HR Generalist to join its International HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.
This is a hands‑on, broad generalist role supporting c.100 employees across International Technology and Corporate Functions (Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, IT). You’ll work closely with senior leaders in the UK and US, balancing strategic partnering with operational ownership and project delivery.
Ideal start date : February 2026 to allow for an extended handover.
7–12 years’ experience as an HRBP / Generalist
Strong core HR grounding (ER, performance, talent, comp, restructuring)
Able to balance strategic partnering with operational delivery
Resilient, organised, pragmatic, collaborative, and solutions‑focused
Confident influencing senior stakeholders, including US leadership
Comfortable working in a high‑growth, low‑ego, performance‑driven environment
Brings pace, humour, and a roll-your‑sleeves‑up attitude
Must have : Financial services exposure, strong HR analytics capability, CLM experience.
You’ll join a dynamic, supportive, and collaborative international team of HRBPs, TA and HR Ops professionals, working within a global matrix structure that requires strong partnership and independence.
