Are you an experienced Business Partner, experienced supporting large multi-site organisations?

I am proud to be partnering with a global brand that is experiencing exciting growth due to recent acquisitions. They are looking for a HR Business Partner to be a key support to operational teams in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to influence and deliver real impact during a period of change. Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and supporting employee relations casework, including disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management
  • Partnering with managers to build capability and drive a high-performance culture
  • Supporting and advising on recruitment activities as needed
  • Delivering HR components of key projects, especially the consolidation of terms & conditions from recent mergers
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to influence and support change initiatives
  • Collaborating with other HR Business Partners to ensure a consistent and effective HR service
  • Ensuring compliance with UK employment law and internal policies
  • Driving engagement and wellbeing initiatives across sites

Ideal candidates will have experience working in large, multi-site organizations within sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, retail, automotive, or similar, and hold or be working towards CIPD Level 5 or above.

You should have strong knowledge of employee relations, be comfortable leading complex cases, and demonstrate resilience and adaptability in managing a high-volume, dynamic workload.

Confidence in partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing change is essential. Experience supporting M&A or related projects is a plus.

This full-time, permanent position is primarily based at the head offices in North Nottinghamshire, with occasional site visits and hybrid working (3 days onsite).
