Summary

NBCCM is seeking an HR Associate to assist the HR Business Partner in delivering efficient and effective HR services across NBC’s international offices in London, Paris, Hong Kong, and Dubai. This role is ideal for someone early in their HR career who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities
Employee Administration & Benefits
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and ensure timely updates.
  • Support the full employee life cycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Monitor absence management and statutory leave queries, ensuring compliance with policies.
  • Manage the centralized HR inbox and respond promptly to employee inquiries.
  • Liaise with external consultants for benefits administration when required.
  • Own and maintain the Benefits SharePoint site, ensuring all content is accurate, up to date, and accessible to employees.
Recruitment Support
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communication.
  • Assist hiring managers and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies.
Payroll & Compensation Administration
  • Provide administrative support for payroll processes and related tax documentation.
General HR Support
  • Help train employees and managers on HR systems and processes.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly HR newsletters for the London office.
  • Assist with HR projects, policy updates, and compliance monitoring.
  • Support the implementation of HR initiatives and contribute to monthly reporting.
CSR & DEI
  • Contribute to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, such as organizing events or awareness campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
