A local council organization in Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking an enthusiastic HR professional to join their Human Resources team on a maternity cover basis. The role involves advising managers on HR processes and providing support to the HR team. Candidates should have experience in a busy HR environment and a solid understanding of HR best practices. We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic HR professional to join our small Human Resources Team to cover a period of maternity leave. This is a generalist HR role, supporting the Hr Managers, as well as providing support and guidance to our HR Support Team. You will already have gained some great work experience in Human Resources and will be keen to challenge yourself further in a new environment.
Note for Internal Staff: This post is offered as a secondment opportunity, allowing employees to return to their original post at the end of the secondment period. All parties must agree to the secondment, so please ensure that your Line Manager is supportive before applying. Full agreement from all parties must be confirmed in writing for the secondment to proceed, therefore candidates must have written agreement from their Manager before making an application. This written agreement must be submitted with the application form.
