What to Expect in the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic HR professional to join our small Human Resources Team to cover a period of maternity leave. This is a generalist HR role, supporting the Hr Managers, as well as providing support and guidance to our HR Support Team. You will already have gained some great work experience in Human Resources and will be keen to challenge yourself further in a new environment.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities (Please see Job Description and Person Specification for more details):
  • Advising and coaching managers through HR processes.
  • Supporting managers in formal HR process meetings.
  • Assisting in the management of sickness absence and occupational health.
What You’ll Need (Please see Job Description and Person Specification for more details):
  • Experience of working in a busy HR team.
  • Good working knowledge of key HR processes and best practice.
  • The ability to quickly build great working relationships with managers, staff and Unison.
