Job summary

A high-growth data analytics firm is seeking a People Advisor based in Woking to join their expanding People team. You will lead on complex employee relations cases, coach managers, and develop HR policy while fostering strong relationships across the business. This hybrid position offers an annual salary of £40,000 plus benefits. Ideal candidates will possess HR experience and strong knowledge of UK employment law.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR or as a People Advisor, preferably with ER focus.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of UK employment law and ER case management.
  • Ability to coach and influence managers effectively.

£40,000 + package | Hybrid | PE-backed Data Analytics & Infrastructure

We’re partnering with a high-growth, PE-backed data analytics and infrastructure business looking for a People Advisor to join their expanding People team. You’ll be a trusted partner to managers - leading on complex ER cases, shaping policy, and helping build a best-practice People function in a scaling environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage complex ER cases (disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence)
  • Coach and support managers through challenging people situations
  • Keep policies, processes and templates up to date and compliant
  • Support restructures, change initiatives and wider People projects
  • Build strong relationships across the business and communicate with impact
Qualifications
  • HR / People Advisor or ER Advisor experience
  • Strong UK employment law knowledge
  • Proven ER case management experience
  • Confidence coaching and influencing managers
