Job Title: HR Advisor
Salary: Up to £35,000
Location: Reading
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Working Set Up: Office-based during the initial training period (approx. 6 months), followed by a hybrid working arrangement.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing HR function in a true generalist HR Advisor role. You will support, advise and guide employees, managers and stakeholders on all aspects of people management, acting as a trusted advisor while supporting the wider people strategy and business objectives.
