A&P Tyne Human Resources Advisor

We are recruiting for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our APCL HR team as an HR Advisor to provide a first-class service to our Tyne site. A key addition to our HR Team, you will work alongside our current HR Advisor to support a 300+ strong workforce, partnering with managers to resolve situations fairly and consistently with confidence and care.
You'll bring emotional intelligence and practical HR expertise to drive real impact in employee relations and wellbeing, policy development and organisational change. This role is 100% site-based, working closely with internal teams and on-site customers managing complex, heavy engineering projects.
