A leading recruitment firm in the UK is seeking an HR Business Partner to collaborate with business leadership on strategic HR initiatives. This 6-month contract role allows for hybrid working in Birmingham, London, or Woking. The successful candidate will drive the delivery of the HR strategy, manage strategic projects, and leverage expertise in areas like change management and employment law to add value to the business. Competitive daily rate of £270 offered.

The HR Business Partner partners with the business area's leadership team to drive the successful delivery of the people strategy in line with the business strategy. They will consult with the business on topics including but not limited to organisational design & development, engagement, organisational culture, building capability, developing our talent, compensation and reward. Working in close collaboration with the HRBP Practice, HRDs, and COCs, this role is responsible for providing HR expertise and strategic HR direction and delivery in partnership with the business.
Responsible for one or more strategic project. Projects will have a Capgemini BU and UK impact, be strategically significant in achieving our priorities and add value in one or more ways to a variety of stakeholders, such as the business area, employees, managers, leadership, the HRBP practice, the wider HR Function.
