Our client is seeking a client-facing HubSpot Solutions Architect to help design, build, and optimize HubSpot environments across CRM, Sales, and Data functions. This is a hands‑on role for someone who can work directly with stakeholders to understand business needs and turn technical requirements into clear, scalable, and actionable solutions.

In this position, you’ll lead CRM migrations (with a strong emphasis on moving systems into HubSpot), architect and maintain integrations—whether through APIs, automation tools, or structured data imports—and ensure clean, reliable data flow across platforms to support sales, marketing, and operational outcomes.

  • Salary Range: 50K‑60K Pounds
What You’ll Do
  • Partner with clients to assess requirements and translate them into effective HubSpot system designs.
  • Lead end‑to‑end CRM migrations, including data mapping, cleansing, migration, QA, and go‑live support.
  • Build and maintain integrations using APIs, no‑code tools, and spreadsheet‑based workflows.
  • Ensure accurate and synchronized data across HubSpot, sales tools, and other connected systems.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance HubSpot processes related to CRM, Sales Hub, and Data Hub.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through best practices, technical decisions, and system governance.
Who You Are
  • Experienced in HubSpot CRM, Sales Hub, and ideally Data Hub.
  • Comfortable translating complex technical concepts into clear language for non-technical audiences.
  • Skilled in systems architecture, data flow design, and integration logic.
  • Detail‑oriented, client‑focused, and confident managing projects end‑to‑end.
