A government agency in Scotland is looking for an Intelligence Service Officer to develop intelligence on organized crime and fraud. You will receive and analyze intelligence while ensuring data confidentiality. Responsibilities include proactive customer service, teamwork, and contributing to continuous improvement. An annual salary of £28,016 is offered, along with a pension scheme and flexible working policies. This role is crucial for supporting compliance efforts and enhancing operational effectiveness.
The purpose of the Intelligence Deputy Directorate within RIS is to develop and enhance the intelligence picture of organised crime and serious fraud impacting HMRC. We then deliver quality intelligence products to drive decision making and compliance interventions to maximise our impact.

You will join HMRC’s Intelligence Services as it establishes a two-hub structure across our Cardiff, Gartcosh and Ipswich locations. They will undertake one of several roles listed below, each involving a variety of responsibilities, including customer-facing and telephony requirements.
You will be allocated to Hub roles depending on business requirement.
