A prestigious educational institution seeks a Hub Administrator to provide proactive administrative support to the Operational Hub. The ideal candidate will possess previous administration and customer service experience, and will be willing to train in Norfolk before transitioning to remote work. This temporary role is expected to last until March 2026, offering a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply directly to the hiring team.

Ideal candidate will have administration within a Tele handler customer service role previously.
You will be willing to train in Norfolk; once completed this role is working from home. This is a temporary role which will run until March 2026 for the right people.
You will provide comprehensive and proactive administrative support to the Operational Hub – Single Point of Contact, ensuring that all administrative processes and tasks are undertaken efficiently, effectively, and to a high standard, contributing to the smooth running of the Hub and its overall effectiveness.
