About the Role

As an HSEQ Coordinator, you will provide essential coordination and administrative support to the Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) team. Your role will be pivotal in helping implement DP World policies and initiatives, maintaining compliance, and fostering a strong HSEQ culture across our organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination and execution of HSEQ activities and campaigns.
• Manage data entry, reporting, and documentation within HSEQ systems.
• Conduct safety inductions and maintain associated records.
• Oversee PPE stock, issue, and inventory control.
• Support compliance with ISO standards and internal/external audits.
• Maintain departmental files, registers, and communication systems.
• Help deliver HSEQ training and monitor safety equipment.

Qualifications

• Holder of a relevant tertiary level Health and Safety Qualification.
• Knowledge of local and international HSEQ regulations.
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication in both English and Greek.
• Proficient computer skills and willingness to learn.
