We’re Hiring: HSEQ Advisor – Barrow-in-Furness. We’re seeking an experienced Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality (HSEQ) Advisor to join a project team in Barrow-in-Furness. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact while supporting operational excellence and driving business development in the region.

Salary: £60,000+

Location: Barrow-in-Furness

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and monitor HSEQ systems to ensure compliance with policies, legislation, and client standards.
  • Conduct audits, reviews, and risk assessments to drive continual improvement.
  • Support project teams and site personnel in applying effective HSEQ practices.
  • Lead safety campaigns, awareness initiatives, and monthly workforce meetings.
  • Prepare project-specific HSEQ documentation and reporting for trend analysis.
  • Explore and develop new business opportunities in the Barrow-in-Furness area.
