Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar HSE role is preferred.

  • Strong communication skills for interaction with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with external bodies for key statistics reporting.
  • Review and validate core monthly reports.
  • Provide support in absence of the HSE Manager.
  • Manage historical data and review ongoing performance.
  • Prepare and distribute all HSE documents.
  • Support troubleshooting HSE data systems.

About the Role

Reporting into the HSEQ Assurance & Governance Manager, the successful HSE Systems Coordinator will play a key part working as part of the HSE team collating and preparing data reports and other key performance indicator metrics alongside providing support to the wider HSE team.

**Please note that this position is for a 12-month fixed-term contract**

What you'll be doing

In this role, you as the successful HSE Systems Coordinator will be carrying out the following duties and responsibilities (not exhaustive)

  • Liaising with external bodies for reporting of key statistics
  • Working on the reviewing and validating of core monthly reports
  • When required, providing support and cover in the absence of the HSE Assurance and Governance Manager
  • Working on the management of relevant historical data including a review of trends and ongoing performance.
  • Preparing, proofreading and distributing HSE documents
  • Being a focal point for cross-business support and troubleshooting the HSE data handling system; including contractor management review where required
  • Accurately portraying Tarmac reporting in the wider industry(MPA)..
  • Overseeing the maintenance and structure of the HSE Management Systems such as ISO14001
