Job summary

A leading UK company is seeking an HSE Advisor in the Supply Chain to provide advice and support for supplier compliance with safety regulations. You will promote high standards in Environment, Safety, Health, Security, and Quality, and coordinate supplier audits to ensure adherence to company policies. The ideal candidate will possess a Level 3 health and safety qualification and have a strong understanding of relevant legislation. The role may require travel and occasional overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Qualification e.g. NVQ Level 3 in Occupational Health & Safety.
• IOSH grade of Affiliate, Associate or newly upgraded TechIOSH.
• Good knowledge of relevant legislation.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety advice, guidance, and support to Supply Chain Management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations during supplier evaluations.
• Co-ordinate supplier audits and manage schedules.

Skills

Level 3 Qualification in Occupational Health & Safety

Evidence of effective team working

Good knowledge of relevant legislation

Education

NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent
