If you're an experienced Health, Safety & Environmental Advisor with a background in manufacturing, and you'd like the freedom to influence, coach, and create real impact, this could be the opportunity for you.
Championing all things HSE across site — from compliance and audits to training and culture.
Delivering engaging inductions, toolbox talks, and training that stick.
Leading incident investigations with a focus on learning and continuous improvement.
Maintaining risk assessments, safe systems of work, and contingency plans.
Running emergency drills, ensuring preparedness and confidence across teams.
Partnering with managers, teams, and contractors to build a positive, safety‑first culture.
Proven HSE experience within manufacturing, FMCG, or a similar fast‑paced setting.
NEBOSH General Certificate, or in process of.
Strong understanding of UK HSE legislation and best practice.
Confident communicator — able to influence from shop floor to senior management.
