Overview

We are recruiting for a strong Administrator to join a leading manufacturing company within their health and safety team based in Edlington, Doncaster. This is a six month fixed term contract initially, working Monday to Friday 8am-4pm offering a salary between £28-£32k pro rata dependent on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Compile monthly KPI and trend reports for managers.
  • Maintain PPE, asset and calibration register.
  • Prepare RAMS (risk assessment) packs, induction paperwork.
  • Collection, collation, maintenance, and input of statistical information.
  • Compile and maintain reports and correspondence.
  • Create and distribute communications and presentations as appropriate.
  • Produce and distribute minutes, notes, and manage the document control process where appropriate.
  • Compiling policy documentation.
  • Support with GDPR documentation.
  • Update fire safety and accident logs using Excel.
Qualifications
  • Solid experience as an Administrator preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Any knowledge of Health and Safety, Compliance or Quality would be useful but not essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, intermediate/ advanced in Excel.
  • Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Reliability and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Capability to perform well under pressure.
