A dynamic delivery service partnered with Amazon in Wakefield is looking for dedicated, reliable customer‑oriented delivery drivers. We operate 7 days per week, allowing drivers to choose their working days. We believe in creating a strong and motivated network that delivers with pride.

Job Description

Delivery Driver Multi‑drop (Wakefield). This role is self‑employed and you’ll be the face of Amazon working from Wakefield.

Responsibilities

• Load vans and deliver packages with a smile.
• Adhere to all safety regulations on the road.
• Operate a mobile device for GPS and daily records.
• Greet and interact with customers and the public with a professional and positive attitude.

Requirements

• Independent problem solver with good communication skills and willingness to work as a team.
• Ability to use stairs to deliver packages.
• Able to lift and deliver packages up to 25 kg.
• Full valid driving licence held for more than 24 months with no more than 6 points. No other endorsements like TT, DA, IN codes.
• Willingness to use a smartphone with the relevant apps provided.
• Drug and alcohol tests will be undertaken and are mandatory.
• 23 years of age or older.
• Possibility of access to Digital GP services, discounts, mental health support and van assistance through Lightening Logistics Ltd in partnership with Wise.

Schedule

Day shift, weekend availability. Supplementary pay: performance bonus.

Experience

Delivery driver experience: 1 year (preferred). Driving: 2 years (required).

Licence / Certification

Driving licence with less than 6 points (required).
