Skills & experience that will set you up for success in this role:
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g. HiBob, Cezanne, Workday), including record maintenance and reporting.
  • Familiarity with ATS and/or LMS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of data governance and reporting.
  • Proficiency in mapping business processes and identifying improvements.
  • Experience managing SharePoint sites and content planning.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to train and support system users.
  • Demonstrable understanding of confidentiality and attention to detail.
  • Experience in a HR environment and knowledge of HR best practice and legislation (desirable).
Interview availability

We will be inviting successful candidates for a first interview (via Teams) on Thursday 18th or Friday 19th December. Final interviews will be scheduled for early January 2026.

Did you know...

Research tells us that men are more likely to apply to jobs if they meet only 60% of the criteria, whereas women often hesitate or don’t apply unless they meet all of the criteria. This difference in application behaviour can contribute to the gender gap in career advancement and opportunities.

We know the perfect candidate doesn’t exist! If you think you have what it takes but don’t tick every box, we’d still encourage you to apply - it could be a perfect fit!
