A leading technology company is looking for an HR Systems Analyst to join their team in London on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will provide Level 2 support for HR applications and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Essential qualifications include previous experience in a technology support role and a strong understanding of HR processes. The position requires exceptional communication skills and offers a salary between £34,000 and £40,000, plus a bonus scheme. Candidates will work in a hybrid model, 2 days a week from the London office.
We are recruiting a HR Systems Analyst to join our growing Technology team on a permanent basis.
Reporting into the HRIS Product Manager you’ll provide Level 2 support for applications under the remit of the HR Product Manager and will be a key point of contact and provide exceptional support to the wider team. This role will best suit a candidate who has previous experience of working within a technology support team with an understanding of HR; this role you will be required to work on a shift basis rotating weekly to cover the hours of 08 : 00‑18 : 00 Monday‑Friday. Occasional weekend and evening on‑call coverage will be required.

The salary band for this opportunity is 34000 - 40000 depending on how your skills and experience align to the role plus a generous bonus scheme and benefits.

For this role we expect that you will work from the Embassy Gardens office in London 2 days per week (typically Tuesday & Wednesday or Thursday).
