The Human Resources department supports the business to ensure the effective management and development of the talent in our organisation. It involves having oversight of all aspects of human capital management, which includes a number of centres of expertise working together collaboratively - talent acquisition, talent management and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations and organisation development. HR is responsible for ensuring the governance of people issues and policies are framed in accordance with legal and regulatory global standards. HR is also the custodian of employee data globally.
The HR Regulatory Team is responsible for ensuring that regulated staff adhere to laws, regulations, and relevant industry standards. This involves tasks like devising processes to satisfy new or updated regulations, arranging and participating in monthly oversight governance forums, oversight panel meetings, and regulatory reporting, as well as working closely with regulatory bodies. HRRO mitigate risks associated with non-compliance and ensure that our employees operate within legal and ethical boundaries. HRRO also writes and submits applications for employees to the UK regulators.
Additionally, HRRO is involved with shaping the operating model for other accountability regimes that are gradually being introduced globally over the next 2 years.
As a member of the HR Regulatory Operations “HRRO” team you will work with existing team members based in the UK, India and China, as well as HR teams and other partner teams in specialised areas to support the staff that need to maintain specific information about themselves and their teams.
