A leading lifestyle brand in Bingley is seeking a People Partner to support a collaborative and inclusive culture. The role involves coaching line managers, overseeing the colleague lifecycle, and leading change initiatives. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in employee relations and will hold a CIPD qualification Level 5 or higher. This is a permanent full-time position with a hybrid work model, requiring both remote and office attendance.

We are looking for an experienced People Partner to help drive our people strategy and support the full colleague lifecycle across the organisation. You’ll work closely with line managers to provide expert guidance on people matters and ensure fair, consistent and values‑led leadership across the business.
This is a permanent, full time position working hybrid - Monday and Friday from home and Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday in the Bingley office.
An ideal candidate will bring previous experience in a similar role within a dynamic, multi‑area organisation, with strong expertise in employee relations and broad generalist responsibilities. CIPD qualified Level 5 or greater. They will be approachable, confident and skilled at building strong relationships, with the ability to gain trust and influence at all levels.
