Job description

We’re looking for a capable, organised HR & Operations Co-ordinator to join our small and growing consultancy team.

This is a part-time role (16 hours per week paid at £14 per hour; based on FTE £29,120 annual salary) supporting our colleagues as we work with a portfolio of small businesses and charities. It’s a varied, hands‑on role that blends HR support, coordination and business operations.

Location & travel

The role is home-based, with travel to events across Herefordshire and surrounding areas in England and Wales as and when required, alongside regular in‑person team working which is typically around once per fortnight (more often during your probationary period). This will take place in Hereford, Leominster or Ludlow. Due to the nature of the role, applicants must live within approximately 20 miles of Leominster and hold a full UK driving licence, with access to their own vehicle.
