Job summary

A leading consulting firm is looking for a Junior Recruitment & HR Administrator. You will support HR operations by managing onboarding documents, coordinating contracts for new hires, and assisting with payroll. Interest in HR is preferred, along with strong communication and organizational skills. Full training will be provided in a collaborative environment. The role is full-time on a fixed-term contract based in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Qualifications

  • Interest in HR, recruitment, or administration, previous experience is not required.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end collection and storage of onboarding documents.
  • Organize the complete signing process of contracts for new joiners.
  • Respond to basic employee queries regarding onboarding.
