A recruitment agency in Enniskillen is looking for an enthusiastic HR Officer to support the HR Department with HR systems implementation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR technology and system improvements. Responsibilities include maintaining HR data, providing support for HR systems, and assisting in system rollout. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working with HR systems (HCM) in a HR capacity.
  • Exposure to HRIS/HCM implementation projects or system upgrades.
  • Strong attention to detail with good analytical and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across HR, IT, and business teams.
  • Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to system support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

HR Officer – ( HR Systems)

We are working with a leading client in Enniskillen to recruit an enthusiastic HR Officer with hands on experience in HR systems (HCM) to work within the HR Department to support them with their system implementation.

This role is ideal for someone who has worked with HR technology, supported system improvements and contributed to HRIS/HCM implementation projects.
