Job description

Elevation Recruitment HR are excited to be working with a Business to Business organisation based in Rotherham as they look to appoint a HR Officer on a full time, permanent basis.

Reporting into the Head of HR, this role plays a crucial part in supporting the entire employee life cycle from recruitment onboarding, employee relations, engagement to offboarding. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a global company and will provide you with the opportunity to gain overseas HR exposure at European level.

Responsibilities
  • Acting as the first point of contact for employees on HR matters
  • Ensuring employee records and details are maintained
  • Support the end-to-end employee life cycle; oversee the recruitment and onboarding of UK hires
  • Supporting drive and continually improving recruitment and onboarding strategies
  • Help co-ordinate new and existing HR Projects & Initiatives
  • Organise and coordinate training activities
  • Co-ordinate company events & internal / external meetings
  • Drive community engagement activities across the business
