Job summary

A prominent recruitment agency in Rugby seeks an experienced HR professional to assist with day-to-day HR functions and support recruitment processes. What You'll Be Doing
  • Acting as the first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries
  • Supporting recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee lifecycle administration
  • Managing payroll inputs and ensuring compliance with internal controls
  • Coordinating occupational health appointments and medical screenings
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems (SAP, SuccessFactors)
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and HR metrics for senior management
  • Assisting with disciplinary and grievance processes
  • Driving HR communications and maintaining notice boards
  • Creating and maintaining standard operating procedures for HR activities
What You'll Bring
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar HR role, ideally within manufacturing
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP, HR systems, and time & attendance platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine interest in progressing to a HR Manager role
