An exciting opportunity has arisen at St Wilfrid's to join our team as HR Officer. This is a brand new post to the school, offering the opportunity to shape its direction and make a meaningful impact from day one. This pivotal role will oversee the entire employee journey and payroll coordination. We’re seeking someone with strong administrative skills, a solid grasp of HR procedures, and a meticulous eye for detail—especially when it comes to safeguarding and compliance, including maintaining our Single Central Record. Communication is at the heart of this role. The post holder will be the go-to person for staff across all levels, offering first-line HR advice while also drawing on the expertise and support of colleagues in the Trust central team.
St Wilfrid's Catholic High School & Sixth-Form College is a mixed voluntary Academy for 11-18 year olds, based in North Featherstone in West Yorkshire. There are currently 1,538 students in attendance. The school opened in 1963 and has a proud history.
