Anderson Knight Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with our esteemed client to appoint an experienced HR Officer for a 12 month FTC which could lead to a permanent position. Our client is looking for the individual to start ASAP. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR professional to contribute to the development and implementation of effective people strategies within a progressive and supportive organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with UK employment law
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives
  • Manage employee relations matters with discretion and professionalism
  • Provide guidance to staff on HR best practice and company policies
Candidate Requirements
  • Proven experience within a similar HR role (minimum of 2 years preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office packages
  • CIPD qualification or currently working towards it (desirable)
