We are looking for a full time Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Central People & Culture team. This position is responsible for recruitment for 9 hotels and the Head Office in the UK.

Location: 14-15 Grosvenor Place, SW1X 7HH

Employment type: Full time

Working pattern: Monday to Friday / office based with visits to London properties / flexibility to travel within the UK when requested

Key Responsibilities as a Talent Acquisition Manager:
  • Lead and deliver a plan for end‑to‑end recruitment across all UK hotels
  • Implement hiring strategies that reflect our culture, values, and commitment to exceptional service
  • Build strong external talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, headhunting and referrals
  • Identify and maintain strong talent internal pipelines through proactive relationship building and on‑going communication
  • Drive the implementation of a new ATS
  • Partner closely with our leaders to understand business needs and team dynamics
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to strengthen our employer brand across LinkedIn and job boards
