A professional HR solutions provider in the UK is seeking an experienced HR Manager to take full ownership of the HR function in a standalone capacity. They are now seeking an experienced HR Manager to take full ownership of the HR function in a standalone capacity, supported by a HR Admin assistant and external HR consultancy where required.

This is a hands‑on, HR Manager role responsible for the end-to-end delivery of HR across the business. You will work closely with directors and managers to provide pragmatic, commercially focused HR advice, covering everything from core HR administration through to complex employee relations matters.

The role is well suited to someone confident operating autonomously, comfortable supporting a field‑based workforce, and experienced in operational or construction‑led environments.
