A local primary school in Solihull is seeking a HR Lead to provide vital HR support and work closely with the Headteacher and leadership team. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to build relationships across a vibrant school community. Contract: Permanent
Salary: Band D £32,597-£37,280 pro rata (actual salary £14,509 - £16,593)
Working hours: 18.75 hours per week (hours spread across 5 days per week, to be agreed)
Working pattern: 40 weeks (term time and INSETS plus 5 days to be confirmed, spread across school holidays)
Starting: ASAP

We are seeking to appoint a HR Lead who will join us and be instrumental in moving the school forward.
We are looking for a very organised individual to work closely with the Headteacher, Senior Leadership Team and Business Manager to provide HR support for the school. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with good people skills as liaison with staff and other parties is an integral part of this role. The candidate should be resilient, hard-working, flexible and possess good computer skills alongside the ability to build and maintain strong relationships across a rapidly improving school. The ability to work as part of a team is important. We also hope the candidate will be enthusiastic and caring.
We offer full support and an induction programme for all new staff, and a commitment to continued professional development. Previous experience in HR or a Customer Services role would be an advantage.
