Job Summary

As the People Insights Lead Analyst you will play a pivotal role in helping leaders across the organisation make smarter, faster and more strategic decisions. You will partner closely with business and functional teams, bringing curiosity, collaboration and technical expertise to every challenge. About You

• Proven experience with Fusion Analytics or Fusion Data Intelligence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5 years in data management, business analysis or analytics.
• Strong background in data visualisation best practices.
• Experience with HR metrics / KPIs is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Oracle Analytics Cloud, FAW or FDI (Oracle highly preferred).
• Ability to translate data into visual stories that highlight trends, causes and business impacts.
• Knowledge of analytics for HR processes and metrics.
• Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CPPA, PIPL) and commitment to data stewardship.

Working Conditions

Working conditions typical of a climate‑controlled and professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones and photocopiers.
