A leading photonics technology company in Glasgow is seeking a People Insights Lead Analyst to drive data-driven decision-making within the organization. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in data management and analytics, as well as expertise in Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI and Oracle Analytics Cloud. This full-time position offers hybrid work arrangements and requires a commitment to data stewardship and storytelling.

Glasgow – Hybrid, 3 days on site per week
As the People Insights Lead Analyst you will play a pivotal role in helping leaders across the organisation make smarter, faster and more strategic decisions. You will partner closely with business and functional teams, bringing curiosity, collaboration and technical expertise to every challenge. This is a great role for someone who loves to connect the dots, thrives in a dynamic environment and holds a strong commitment to data accuracy, security and storytelling.
Working conditions typical of a climate‑controlled and professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones and photocopiers.
All employees are required to follow the EHS procedures and Coherent Scotland EHS standards.
Depending on location this position may be responsible for the execution and maintenance of the ISO 9000 and/or other applicable standards that may apply to the relevant roles and responsibilities within the Quality Management System and Environmental Management System.
