My client, a Financial Services business, is looking to hire a HR Generalist to join their wider HR function.

You would be joining a small team assisting with the day-to-day HR responsibilities. Candidates will require a good attention to detail as well as being able to adapt to a wide-ranging role covering administration, documentation, training, employment checks and updating policies amongst others.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support within a small HR team
• Assist with administration, documentation and policy updates
• Support training activities and employment checks as needed
• Contribute to maintaining accurate HR records in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Between 3 years plus experience of working within a HR function
• CIPD qualified (Or working towards it)
• Ability to work within a fast-paced environment across a wide ranging role
• Financial Services exposure is not essential
