Job Description

Mode Executive is delighted to be supporting a leading premium fashion retail organisation in the search for an experienced HR Director. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking, people-driven business at a pivotal moment of growth and transformation.

Reporting directly to the Global HR Director, the HR Director will play a critical role in shaping and delivering the organisation’s people strategy and culture as a key member of the senior leadership team.

The successful candidate will be fluent in English and possess proficiency in an additional language, enabling effective collaboration across international markets.

The Role
  • Lead the development and delivery of the people strategy aligned with overall business objectives
  • Partner closely with the leadership team to drive organisational effectiveness and long-term talent planning
  • Oversee all areas of HR including employee relations, performance management, learning & development, reward, and organisational design
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Global HRD and senior stakeholders on all strategic people matters
  • Foster a high-performance culture that supports engagement, wellbeing, and diversity & inclusion
