Job description
HR Data & Systems Specialist – Permanent – Remote (commutable to London) – up to £40,000 per annum

We’re delighted to be partnering with a growing tech driven organisation, now looking to bring an HR Data & Systems Specialist into their team, on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative, people focused environment, working remotely with occasional travel to London once every 6 – 8 weeks. In this role, you’ll support a varied portfolio of customers, helping to deliver solutions, enhance their experience and contribute to the continued development of the product.

The HR Data Analyst & Systems Specialist will be assisting/overseeing duties such as:
  • Data & Analysis
  • Validating and preparing customer data for system input
  • Analysing basic data sets with the wider team, with opportunities to work on larger and more complex data over time
  • Utilising strong Excel skills to ensure accuracy and consistency across all data processes
  • Implementation & Systems Support
  • Configuring product features and tailoring system changes based on customer requirements
  • Troubleshooting system queries, identifying root causes and providing clear, concise solutions
  • Translating technical terminology into simple, accessible language for customers
  • Working confidently with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels
Key Skills:
  • 2+ years’ experience in a data-focused, HRIS, implementation or systems-driven role
  • Strong Excel capability (comfortable validating, manipulating and inputting data)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical processes simply
  • Confident working with stakeholders of varying seniority
  • Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and comfortable working in a hybrid cross‑functional environment
