Due to growth within the HR team, they are looking for a highly skilled HR Data Analyst to join them on a permanent basis and take ownership of all HR Data work, providing high quality data reporting and analysis, KPIs & Dashboards looking at headcount, turnover, absence as well as maintaining data integrity and delivering workforce insights to improve efficiency and support the company’s growth.

Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of all HR Data work, providing high quality data reporting and analysis, KPIs & Dashboards looking at headcount, turnover, absence as well as maintaining data integrity and delivering workforce insights to improve efficiency and support the company’s growth.
  • Process the monthly payroll through HiBobs’s managed payroll service, ensuring compliance and accuracy. You will prepare, validate, and submit payroll inputs as well as review and reconcile payroll outputs, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
Qualifications
  • To be successful in this role you will be an expert in working with HR Data and Payroll processing, you will have proven experience of producing HR data, dashboards, key metrics and HR reports as well as being confident in working with Power BI.
  • You will be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel to include pivot tables, extracting and manipulating data, using formulae for efficient data cleansing and providing clear visualization of results. You will have proven experience of managing or supporting Payroll processing ideally within an HR function using a managed payroll service. You will have a solid understanding of the HR employee lifecycle and processes around this as well as knowledge of UK payroll legislation.
