A prominent engineering firm is seeking an HR Coordinator to manage HR administrative tasks efficiently. This full-time role is based at the London site with at least three days onsite each week. The successful candidate should have a strong HR background, organizational skills, and preferably CIPD certification. Responsibilities include responding to HR inquiries, maintaining employee records, and supporting onboarding processes. The firm values diversity and inclusion in its workforce.
Reporting to the People Operations Team Leader the HR Coordinator will undertake a variety of HR administrative duties working autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of People Operations.
This is a full time role working within the People Operations Team. The role is based at our London site (5 minutes from Waterloo station) with an expectation of a minimum of 3 days on site.
The successful candidate will be expected to be flexible with their working arrangements.
