Job summary

A successful furniture manufacturer in Barnsley is looking for an HR Coordinator to support the HR team by advising on various HR policies and procedures. The role also involves managing administrative tasks related to HR functions, maintaining records, and covering multiple HR projects. Ideal candidates should have experience in HR or administration, strong organisational skills, and be self-motivated. Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar HR role or administrative experience required.
  • Ability to provide advice to line managers.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Advise and attend meetings on HR matters.
  • Support line managers with HR policy interpretation.
  • Produce letters/minutes for HR meetings.
  • Manage maternity and parental leave processes.
  • Run absence reports.
  • Process new starters, leavers, and recruitment.
